I got into photography through Hardcore
and BMX when I was very young. Seeing the crazy antics of bands
and the technical tricks of BMX made me want to capture those
movements and emotions.
I began with a small point and shoot camera, always in the middle
of the action and attempting to dodge the jabs and heads that
would disrupt my shots. I quickly learned a better camera was
in order and I stepped up to the real world of cameras. From
there I learned to use the camera to show the movements of both
musicians and BMX riders. My photos began to be used in albums
and this led me to hit the road and tour with quite a few bands
as well as make treks to many of the fest that were created
in the early ‘90’s.
The road and the music is where I belong. This is a passion,
not out of fame or fortune, but a passion of knowing who your
family is. Every show, no matter what town, is a family. |
